Online - The fastest, easiest way to place an order is right here on our website. LeatherGroups.com is safe and secure and you can configure your order just the way you want, reviewing everything before completing your order. Best of all, it's open 24 hours a day!

Call us - Our friendly, knowledgeable customer care team is non-commission, and their only goal is to be as informative and helpful as possible. We'll be happy to place your order over the phone. Call us at (877) 888-7632, 7am-7pm PST, seven days per week.

Please be aware that while orders paid for by credit card are processed immediately, orders paid for by personal check, cashiers checks and money orders will require extra time for funds to clear before processing.

Purchase Orders and Net Terms - We'll be happy to accept your purchase order. Applicants must be must be qualified corporate, non-profit, government or educational organizations that pass a credit review by Leather Groups.com. We will only accept purchase orders via postal mail or fax, and they must be signed, specify the shipping and billing addresses, preferred shipping method, product prices, shipping, handling, and taxes (if taxes apply). Purchase Order Terms And Conditions

All purchase orders are subject to approval and can only be accepted if you agree to these terms and conditions.

Order Confirmation

After your completing your order, our website will display a copy of your order for you to print right away. Our system will also email a copy of the order to the address you provided on the order.

Spam filters can sometimes prevent delivery of e-mail confirmations. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam filter, or junk mail box. If it's not there, just let us know and we'll be happy to re-send it via email. We can also arrange for fax, or USPS mail delivery of your order confirmation.

Sales Tax

Unless your order is delivered to an address in California, we're not required to collect sales tax on your order.

Using Promotional Codes

The best reason to join our VIP program! You'll be eligible for VIP promotions and limited offer discounts on select items that we send out from time to time. If you receive a promotional code, or coupon code from us, you can enter it before proceeding to checkout.

Printing A Receipt

Login to your account using this link: Sign In

Once logged in, click on the "Order History" link and you can select the order, then print. If you have any trouble getting a copy of your receipt, please let us know and we'll email you a copy right away!
